UBright (4933) held a regular meeting of shareholders today (9) and passed the surplus distribution plan last year.
The cash dividend per share was 1.088 yuan.
UBright also announced a combined revenue of 235 million yuan in May this year, a monthly increase of 20.1% and an annual increase of 15.6%,
a record high of nearly 16 months.
UBright accumulated a combined revenue of 906 million yuan in the first five months of this year, a year-on-year decrease of 7%.
