Taiwan has achieved rapid progress in the chemical industry and economic growth over the past ten years. In line with this expansion, CSEG products are very diversified. Some of our major products include water-based, solvent-based, and solid-type acrylic resins, wax emulsion, aqueous polyurethane resin, polyester resin for powder coating, polyvinyl acetate emulsion resin, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion resin, phenolic molding compound, and hot melt adhesive.

CSEG has two plants in Taiwan, one in Ta-Yuan and the other in Tainan, and four overseas affiliations are located in China, U.S.A. and Vietnam respectively. Our plants help us to produce various products to meet the expanding demands of our customers and also with a greater production line, our customers are satisfied because they can get all of those products and chemicals that they need.

  • 1970

    Founded by A. L. KUO, President, Nei-Fu factory was built and started production of paper wet strengthening agent. Sales agent of paper chemicals for HARIMA CHEMICALS, INC., Osaka, Japan.

  • 1972

    Polyvinyl Acetate Emulsion developed along with successful marketing projects.

  • 1974

    Technical Joint Venture with HARIMA CHEMICALS, INC. for manufacture of paper dry strengthening agent (Polyacrylamide) and water repellent agent (Petroleum Resin Emulsion)

  • 1976

    Technical Joint Venture with SHOWA HIGHPOLYMER CO., LTD. TOKYO, JAPAN for manufacture of Acrylic Ester Copolymer Emulsion.

  • 1979

    PAUL SIEH ENTERPRISES CO., LTD was established.

  • 1981

    PAUL SIEH ENTERPRISES CO., LTD Tainan plant was constructed.

  • 1982

    SIEH TIEN RESIN CO., LTD. was established and new plant was constructed inside of PAUL SIEH’s Tainan plant. The SIEH TIEN RESINS CO., LTD. is a Joint Venture company between CHAN SIEH ENTERPRISES CO., LTD and NITTA FINDLEY CO., LTD. of JAPAN.

  • 1985

    • Nei-Fu factory was moved to Ta Yuan Industrial Zone.
    • Ta Yuan plant starts production of Acrylic Rubber and Aqueous PU resin.

    Ta Yuan plant starts production of Polyester Resin for powder coating.

  • 1993

    GUANGZHOU NANFANG RESIN CO., LTD., China, was established with a plant in Jianggao Town, Baiyun District, Guangzhou City, China.

    SUN POLYMERS, INC. was established with a plant in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, U.S.A.

  • 1996

    • BEST SOUTH ENT. CO., LTD. with plant was established in Hochiminh City, Vietnam.
    • SIEH TIEN RESIN CO., LTD. was merged in PAUL SIEH ENTERPRISES CO., LTD.
    • CHAN SIEH ENTERPRISES CO., LTD. obtained the ISO 9002 Certificate from LRQA, U.K.

    GUANGZHOU NANFANG RESIN CO., LTD. starts production of Polyester Resin for powder coating.

    • SUN POLYMERS INTERNATIONAL, INC. established a new plant in Indianapolis, Indiana, U.S.A., and merged with SUN POLYMERS, INC.
